Add/Remove Resources to the Workspace

This feature allows you to add Quick Commands (QC) and Knowledge Sources (KS) in a Workspace. You can quickly identify which Workspaces utilize these resources, enhancing your management and oversight capabilities.

Add or remove a Resource from a Workspace

The following steps are the same for Quick Commands (QC) and Knowledge Sources (KS).

Step 1. Log in to the StackSpot AI Platform

Step 2. Navigate to the left-side menu and click the Quick Commands or Knowledge Sources you want to add or remove;

  • To add: Click the ‘Usage Monitor’ tab and click Add for the resource you want to add to a Workspace.
  • To remove: Click the ‘Usage Monitor’ tab and select ‘Delete’ for the resource you wish to unpublish from the Workspace;

Removing a resource from a Workspace doesn't delete its content.
